The funny thing is that Muslims utterly dominated the mediaeval world militarily. Not even the Mongols could land a punch on them. Cacs had no chance at all, they got whooped pretty much all the time. For someone looking to glorify white supremacy, the mediaeval period is like the worst time you could choose

It doesn't even make for good TV. The medieval times was literally just disease, famine and war so they have to add Fantasy elements like Dragons, and magical wizards named Merlin and Ogres and giants.
