Yes. Its not sonys game, they approach capcom like, “what you got ready?” And they say we got village, we got this pragmata game, and we got something else, what you want?
just like its not on Geoff Keighly if he shows gameplay footage of Suicide Squad in 2020 and it gets delayed into 2023. He has nothing to do with when the game releases, he get promo footage when the publisher thinks it needs to be shown. Sony doesn’t even have a marketing deal for Pragmata’
If sony shows off a first party game, and it takes years to even see new footage of it, then you can say thats their “phil moment”
