i really think that mental health issue might be the obstacle he can't overcome because it can't be work ethic. when he dropped all the sonic joints, pink lava lamp, well isn't this awkward etc he was flooding the block with high quality material. i kinda turned on him when he did that dilla shyt but now i know he had psyche issues contributing to the bullshyt. smh @ when he battled serius jones up in the barber shop. damn duke. i hope he got his shyt together and got something cookin for later this year. way too much talent gone to waste b

Ahh...the inadvertent originator of "knocking the sonic rings outta.." lol. Bro probably got the most unorthodox tale of adding an expression to the hip hop/black culture lexicon.
Bro always was super talented, but I seen he didn't have the mindset at the time be professional enough to give the people what they want and handle his business. I know he was dealing w/ a lot mentally, but it ultimately was his downfall in a way. Not to mention, aside from the music, some of that shyt was cringe looking back. I fw homie tho, has he made anything recently?
