If you look at the circumstance of his death,
killed in Kansas City in the early morning hours of a Presidential election day while driving a van he didn't own, so the vehicle couldn't of been associated with him . . to implicate Tech N9ne that would mean you'd have to assume that Tech N9ne stalked out Mac Dre, the night after a show until the early morning . . why would we assume Tech N9ne has the time for that? . . but who would have the motive?
