What’s the probability of republicans going after free online education like M.I.T, UC Berkeley lectures etc?

What are the chances that the gop goes after free online learning material? I did see something in project 2025 about targeting net neutrality, but I’m not sure how effective this will be. I know that this is TLR which isn’t too serious however, there are some well informed posters in the sub forum and really the entire website in general. I’d really like to know what someone with more insight thinks.
