In the late 1800s it was railroads, steel mills, blast furnaces, etc. people who got in early (mostly CACs) got rich. What's the next thing? Don't say AI since that's a gimmick (its just machine learning and deep learning models trained on old data). I'm talking real physical things like infrastructure, logistics etc.
