Lots of great ones, aside from the ones mentioned above SEVEN SAMURAI comes to mind - that movie is still getting ripped off to this day, 60+ years later.
That's probably my #1.

Well I wasn't judging the scripts themselves as much as the execution of movies that weren't adapted.

My list might look different if it was about the best original screenplays.
