I remember I told one of my teachers once, that the reason I cut class and missed a big exam was that I found out my friend had died.

The story was, I was gonna get a tattoo and the only day the artist could fit me in was a school day so I would have to cut the last couple of periods. Well, in maths class that day we had a big exam. If I didn't take that exam or failed it, I would fail the class.

I decided to skip that period anyway so I could get my tattoo done. Then the next day I went to see the teacher and told her the reason I cut that class was that I found out a friend of mine had died and I needed to be alone so I skipped the last couple of periods.

She believed me and she let me resit that exam and I passed it too. That's the worst lie I've ever told. I wouldn't do it again. That's like a once in a lifetime kind of lie

Back in ninth grade I used to tell people I was born in Brazil (well born on an airplane that was over Brazil at the time) ... I am straight NY African American though, lol... Why I told that story .. i have absolutely no idea.
