whats the best supplement/pre workout for energy at the gym?

i hit the gym once or twice during the week, and go on saturdays. so i wouldnt be looking to get into any kind of routine with this shyt, just something to take saturday to get a good workout in. more concerned with energy

pretty good :ehh: eat a good meal before i go

but im pretty casual tbh, dont think im in the market for much past that c4. just that energy boost once or twice a week to bang out a few more reps
How caffeine sensitive are you?

The 2nd is a lot more potent and I really only use if for straight weightlifting workouts. It lives up to its namesake for sure. I wouldn’t try using it for any work that’s gonna jack your heart rate a bunch up but I’ve nailed some my more recent lifting PRs on the this stuff.

I been on Pre kaged for a few months now, formula is legit

Ghost legend (+ ghost size)

I pay attention to the ingredients more than just the caffeine amount and those two are put together nicely

I keep 2 on deck currently.

Good, I just order the Nutrabio pre extreme, same as that one with a few tweaks (yohimbe & a little more caffeine). I hope i get the same results

50-100mg thiamine

Or find a way to get your hands on Meldonium and lift for hours without feeling like you did anything :mjgrin:

If you cheap...Buy bulk caffeine and beta alanine, calculate intake according to Body Mass and drink it with whatever you want....
