whats the best place to party for NEW YEARS

I been going to some decent house parties over the past 4 years and staying away from clubs or public events. The best one was in NYC in Brooklyn where dude had a brownstone house and opened up all 3 floors for partying, had a live jazzband in basement, fireplaces going, catered, topshelf drinks, a DJ, 10/10 dimes and a coatcheck for nikkas. Next best was in Jamaica, shooting real guns in the air at the stroke of midnight over by Norman Manley airport.
