Don't know about bottle service and I don't really get out to Hollywood too much, but if you're visiting, one of the nicer places I've been in Hollywood was The Sayers Club on Wilcox.
Came off classy without being over the top fancy. Everyone that came out had a good time. Music and crowd were cool.
Yelp it and see if you'd dig it.

Bootsy Bellows is nice.
All in all tho clubbing in Hollywood is not for blacks. You'll have to i fight through all the Latinas and their latinos to even see a brotha/sista.
