Fat distribution is genetically predetermined. You can't choose where the fat goes or where it comes off of.
Your only options are to lose fat in general and hope you get it off the places you want or liposuction/surgery.

If his caloric intake isn't in check, he still won't lose any fat, even by doing push-ups.
Also, think about it: someone who has to ask this question prolly isn't in very good shape or knowledgeable about working out, so his push-up form might be poor, and he prolly can't do that many.

the only answer. You can put on some muscle which might help shape you better. More muscle mass will also help in burning fat. You can’t spot target though
