Yeah I'm 6'1, 180lbs. I was 199-200 in august(Wasn't fat at all I worked out like 6 days a week) but I went down to 179 mainly cuz of school and me not doing nothing and having a fast metabolism.

So I want to work on my cardio respiratory endurance up My gym got Bikes,Treadmills, elliptical, Rowing machines.

The thing is I only got like an hour and 15 mins or so to work out so I want to work out on my body and get some cardio in as well. So I was thinking of doing 20 mins of it to start up is that too much?

But how Should I approach using those machines though?

The rowing for me is the hardest. I could barely do more than 10 minutes when I started, whereas I did an hour on the bike and treadmill on my first day despite being :flabbynsick:

Skip the machines and cut down on rest periods between working sets lifting and throw in some supper sets. You heart rate will be elevated for certain :manny:

It can be any cardio machine as long as you are pushing yourself. You can be lazy on any machine and it won't work for you.
If you go with a treadmill, use either distance or time as a goal, and set the MPH and/or incline to push yourself.
If you go with a bike, use RPM to push yourself.
If you go with a rowing machine, use the meters/second to push yourself.

Maintain the MPH, RPM, or Meters/second during the duration of the workout. If you aren't breaking a sweat or breathing hard, increase the rate.
