I was in my Houston bag on the commute this morning and had to listen to one of my favorites and a classic, "Swangin and Bangin" (the Screwed, Sailin da South version) from the Louisiana originating, Houston reppin LEGEND ESG



I done heard this song dozens of times but today I really focused on that sound that starts at 0:02 and is throughout the song. What the hell is that? An instrument? A sound from sound production equipment? shyt is real distinct

All I can comapre it to is the damn Wheel of Fortune wheel when it's spinning
