You know what I agree. But ain't it also my right to vote against something I don't agree with.

I agree with you breh personally. I actually on a personal level find gay marriage to be weird and strange, and I think marriage is between man and a woman, but I don't wanna be a hypocrite and hold society to my own personal values.

There was a poll and something like 20% of republicans in Mississippi didn't believe in interracial marriage, and what if they were to convince people to stop it? It's all about equal protection. Let your values govern your personal life but vote to protect the values of everyone else and yours will be stronger.

Just because some people are against homosexuality, or dislike it, doesnt necessarily mean that they are homosexuals.

For example, most people here are against beastiality or dislike the idea, does that mean they secretly want to have sex with animals? Of course not.

Yeah, I know. I was referring to people who express strong homophobic views in general. Studies showed that homophobes were more likely to get aroused when viewing gay porn than people who are neutral or indifferent towards gay people.

That study wasn't directly related to the thread anyway, but I mainly posted it to see if I could get under anyone's skin
