I just saw a flock of youngsters hanging out and 80% of these kids are tatted up like Lil Wayne. I mean nikkaz like 15 with full sleeves on both arms. Where in the fukk are these nikkas parents? Is this the norm nowadays? 
What's good with all these kids being tatted up these days?

My God brother was on that shyt. First it started with his name now he got all kinds of shyt. He turns 18 next year so I guess it is whatever. They are going to feel real stupid when it comes job time. Does the military allow tats like that?

I've noticed it too. Full sleeves, neck and face, even hands all tatted up before they hit 21. shyt like that makes me wonder what fukked up decisions they made early on in life to say "I ain't gon be shyt anyway, might as well tattoo my face up."

When these kids are getting they are not thinkin bout the west coast at all. And last time I checked lil Wayne is not from the west coast and neither is wiz.

Breh first off its more commonplace for only 1 parent to be present...(s/o to pops for sticking around) then they usually start off getting tats that can be covered up and spread out to their hands, legs, face. By the time they get all that shyt ma dukes already knows and just gotta deal with it
