What's better 2 Day shipping..UPS or USPS?

What do you use? I know you can get that $7 envelope thing with USPS but if weighs over 2 pounds..it will cost more. Something along those lines.

I think the shipping and tracking with UPS is more reliable but USPS will be cheaper.
