Do these game developers not realize there is a large population of us gamers out here who don't give a fukk about trophies or achievements and just want to cheat their way through a game?

I remember creating players in sports games with all 99 level skills and just embarrassing the computer and feeling the whole time.

I never got the point of God Mode.
My cousin loves to have a team full of super powered beings and destroying the competition, but I prefer the beautiful struggle! Actually I like destroying people as well but only if they're real people not the computer whats the point in that?

ugh, my son has deleted so many game saves and i can never find any cheat codes online anymore to advance up to where i played to. im not wasting any money on one of those gamesharks/codebreakers either. could give a fukk less about some trophies
this is just like them gettin rid of co-op mode in so many games. maybe i dont want to play with people online? just who im chillin w/.

They got rid of the cheat codes b/c games these days come with selectable difficulty settings and numerous check points. The last game I remember having cheat codes (besides GTA series) is Hitman 2: Silent Assassin. THat game had codes for almost everything. It even had an Ali mode where you knock dudes across the map

only game i ever played on god mode was doom.....

and u can still do it on sports games....me and a buddy have maxed out teams we play against eachother, shyt can be mad cray and very fun

Easily one of my favorite games of all-time right there and if there ever was a game that'd be even MORE fun in God Mode, it's that one. I used to get Thumper and run up on people with the flamethrower special while simultaneously hitting them with the napalms using the d-pad commands. I'd catch fire too but it was always a wrap for the other car.

Game companies are so dead-set in making AAA games that look and have a budget of a blockbuster movie that they forgot how to make game that are just fun with tons of replay value without online
