Ok I finally got a normal 9-6 job again so I have been much more strict on going to the gym and what I eat. I found that with this meal I am able to stay full through out the day and keep the cals low and protein high. I drink the protein shakes in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner and after dinner. I am currently 6' 4" 220 trying to get down to 210 before I start bulking up. I guess this is a pretty severe cal deficiency but it really does not seem too bad.
FYI: I am currently doing the PHAT program and have been on and off for about 8 months. I have taken the last two months off and really fallen off so trying to grind hard to get it back ASAP.
