This is a programme I made up myself to use for the the next six months. I might change it after that but we will see. What y'all think?

Shoulder press
Dumbell back row
Bicep curl
Tricep curl
30 mins cardio

Wednesday
Squat
Machine back row
Dumbbell back row
Pull up
Leg press
Push up
30 mins cardio

Friday
Bench press
Hammer chest
Shoulder press
Machine shoulder press
Pull up
Deadlift

Saturday
Dumbell Bicep curl
Machine bicep curl
Dips
Calf raise
Push up
1 hr cardio

If it works for you don't worry about what Other people think. And btw I like the workout volume

To lose some fat whilst building and maintaining muscle
Seems fine but what are the rep ranges and sets?

In reality you could lose fat and maintain muscle on a lot of different set-ups. That nutrition is going to determine all of course.
