What will this exercise do for me?

I just started this excercise routine, and I ain't no fitness junkie so I don't know much, but I'm tryna get a lean body with some abs and a bit of muscle

This is my routine except for sundays

I jump rope everyday for 20 min, ab ripper x every other day, and 500 push ups a day. ( I'm 5'8 around 150, but got some fat in my belly, which is the reason for the 20 min Jump rope sessions.)

Does the fact that I jump rope everyday make me lose muscle mass even though I'm doing 500 push ups a day?
