Viewtiful Joe 1 and Okami made Clover the Japan Studio of Capcom

Absolute fire, but i remember at the time it was one of those weird cases where the game sold better in the US than Japan and then ended up selling well on the gamecube because the PlayStation fan base wasn't rocking with it at all.

I think there is some static still with Capcom and whoever the main dude was who created VJ


We'll probably ever get another proper game.

This is back when there was mad creativity/variety in games. Games like this, Okami, and Katamari Damacy jump out as a few I remember from that time.
