What type of protein shakes are you cats on?

I'm doing a pre-workout and post work out shake and one before bed.

Dymatize Elite Gourmet cookies and cream

Mixed with ice and milk...shyt tastes just like an ice cream shake...

Optimum Whey- choco malt flavor, tastes like Ovaltine™ w/no milk

Optimum Casein- vanilla flavor. I learned a trick to get it to mix. You throw 2 scoops in, and fill it up maybe 1/2 or 3/5 with water. So it should be 2/5-1/2 empty. You mix it half empty the shyt mixes fine. It becomes a kind of paste. Then you just add the rest of the water and mix that. No more clumps.
