Time to get a new TV as my 50 inch 1080p Panasonic Veria beaut has developed an annoying as **** red line going right accross the screen. It's only around a cm thick but is just unbearable now. I'm told it's a fault with the screen and is gonna be just as expensive to repair than it would be to buy a new one.
Just wondering what TV I should be copping? Bearing in mind that the PS4 is dropping soon and I wanna get the crispiest picture out of that bad boy. What's the future of TVs looking like too? For example I don't wanna drop £1000 on a new telly and then a year later they release some ultimate HD screen or some ****. I'm also not too fussed about the SMART features either considering the PS3/4 will have most of these anyway, I'm assuming.
I'm thinking Sony Bravia at the moment and being loyal to my Sony brehs for making me eat so well with the PS3 and Playstation Plus.
