I personally prefer to workout in a park, it's way better especially if you like running or playing some ball

The only thing I can't do is lifts even tho I know some parks that got weights lol

you hate the gym like big box gym...is it because you hate having to come up with your own workout/motivate yourself? why don't you go to small facility that's class based - lots of bootcamps, functional fitness. x-fit spots that allow you to get a good workout, build community and not have to think about what to do. the classes have variety too so you're not stuck in a rut. of course you can always go the home exercise route - get some equipment or do a program like insanity or P90x.

if you're issue is you just hate working out, then :ld: that's when i'd suggest just choosing a routine and sticking to it, it becomes part of your life. that's also why i'd suggest doing classes, keeps things fun, aim for 3-4x a week, 45-60 min per class, no need to try to become a gym rat working out 6-7 days for 90 mins a pop

Well it’s not really exercising, I can ball all day, but it’s lifting weights and staying on my diet. Idk what’s going on, but I legit dread going to the gym and can’t wait to leave that bytch.

I’m young so this has to change because I want to be healthy forever.

Idk what it is, maybe it’s because I have to wait so long for results to show? I wanna love the gym.

Get mentally stronger and make your workouts intense and enjoyable. Look up new workouts and stuff to do every so often so it doesn't get boring and repetitive.

If working around attractive woman gives you more motivation, then make sure to hit the gym when they are there.

The gym is mandatory to me. I don't wanna go back to being 170-175lbs at 6 feet. Can't see it no other way.
