It all depends on what your goals are. I do intermittent fasting so I usually hit the gym on an empty stomach. I use BCAA 5000 powder, creatine, beta alanine, and some pre workout. I don't use the pre workout all the time, only when I need the boost, usually if I had a late night or got a shytty night of sleep. I also have whey and casein protein but I prefer to get my protein from food so those aren't used all the time either. Keep in mind, I'm cutting weight. If I was bulking, then my supplement stack would be different. You gotta figure out what you want to achieve first. Otherwise, you're just wasting money.

I forgot to add, I take multi vitamins for whatever my diet lacks, and fish oil pills to keep my joints healthy.

Build muscle, get shredded (8.5% bodyfat), build strength, endurance and all around conditioning, and aesthetics.

If you're shredding and improving conditioning you won't necessarily be building muscle at the same time. If you already have a solid base though it won't really matter because you'll look bigger with less fat.

That's kinda where I'm at, I think I'm around sub 10%~, post workout I look like a fitness model or something. I just want to level off around 8-9% and build up from there. I notice that I'm losing some strength, but my endurance and overall athleticism is much better. Today I hammered out 100+ pushups in like 5 minutes.
