I like the mets, jets and nets
I grew up and live like 2 miles from CitiField
But when the jets lose it fukkin hurts
I don't acknowledge anything until next sunday
And this humiliation came before a bye week
I can't watch or listen to anything sport related until they play again
fukkin a$$holes

The answer will always be baseball. And the thing is, it's not just the comebacks that hurt.

1 out, bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth. We're down 1.

Me: :obama:

Hitter gets ahead of the count.

Me: :krs:

Hitter hits a grounder in between the shortstop and second....

Me:

Shortstop makes a diving stop, results in game-ending double play.

Me: :wtf::to::pacspit:

I feel like in baseball that theres so many games in a year that losses don't hurt as much
If u lose 70 times in 1 year u had a great season
In football every game literally means something

Edit. The thing that's crazy with baseball is the anticipation of every pitch can drive u crazy

baseball has to be the most painful DURING the loss because the game is so slow. But after the loss it has to be football.

In the regular season, it's definitely a football loss because you have to wait a whole week (and two if it's the bye :sadcam:) to try to win again. In baseball or basketball, you've probably got a game the next night or the night after, and there's so many games you can't afford to get emotional after each loss.

The season-ending playoff loss though? Probably just depends on which sport you like the most or what team you're most a fan of.

But football doesn't have those sudden, wild swings of emotion like baseball, basketball, or even soccer.

im a bigger football, soccer, and bball fan than baseball. I have never felt a pain as bad as the Nats losing that game 5 to the Cards. NEVER

There is no clock, you have to get 3 outs and things can just wildly change and everything goes different.

I grew up in portland, only have one team. When the blazers collapsed in that game 7 against the lakers i lost the will to live. That kobe alley oop to shaq still haunts me.
