What should I watch first on HBO Now?

I've never had HBO and just did the deal through Google Play Store for 50% off the first three months. Well technically not true, my parents had it when I was in elementary school. So what should I watch first? Mainly interested in TV shows and not movies or documentaries but if there is a really exceptional documentary I'll give it a watch.

However, I have seen Enlightened and Eastbound and Down on Amazon Prime. Saw Vice Principals using other means.

shyt I forgot I'd seen the first season of GOT. Brother got it for me on bluray. I thought it was alright but didn't get the hype. If I didn't think much of the first, should I keep watching? I know some shows don't really hit their peak until the 2nd or 3rd seasons.

As much as I like the show, I realize it’s not for everyone, for various reasons.

A lot of season one is introducing characters, introducing situations, setting up the conflict, etc. Most things are in place by the end of the first season, so there’s a bit more to be invested for future seasons. It’s gets more interesting in the second and third seasons
