You can get the Marvel Ultimate Alliance bundle. It comes with both Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2. They're remastered PS3 titles.
The first game you have to unlock Black Panther, the sequel he's a playable character from the beginning of the game.

First time I got somewhat familiar with BP was in Marvel Ultimate Alliance...his moveset is dope as shyt in there, as well as blade's.

Lego Marvel Superheroes 2 - $25 bucks and probably a couple dollars extra to buy the BP downloadable content.

If nephew is young he'll like it, if he's older or wants something more mature... it's tough luck for the time being
