Not sure if this has been posted. Chris Bosh can code? Anyway its a good video and its true. So many kids are growing up with computers and don't know how to take full advantage of them.

I have a computer science and engineering degree from UCONN. Going into it I knew it would be a challenge but had no idea what was in store for me ha. Well I made it through with a lot of help from fellow classmates, professors and my advisors.

I hadn't programmed anything prior to college but was interested since freshman year in high school. My school didn't offer anything but the same generic dry curriculum that plagues probably the majority of public schools.

But props on the video everything they said was spot on.

Anyone with coding skills is gonna eat good. But that shyt aint easy.

It actually is easy to learn a computer language, applying that language in problem solving is the challenge. This is where critical thinking skills plays a very important role in developing into an efficient coder. America's education system doesn't stress critical thinkin skills tho.

That leads to a lot of people avoiding engineering and science because they are too use to not having to think and so they chalk it up as being too hard.
