So Alabama is not going to expand Medicaid which would Have brought 11 billion dollars into the alabma healthcare marketplace from the federal government by 2020.

All Alabama would have to do is pay 40 mill in admin cost for the next 3 years.

And, why is Alabama not going to take advantage of this... because...

Sometimes I think the states have too much power, particularly when their government acts for their party's "benefit" and not their own people's.

I would say this can be fixed by simply voting them out...but with the redistricting that happened recently... it is likely these votes won't count.

And I could be wrong, but Republicans run Alabama, so simply voting might not do it.

But to be fair, the Constitution allows for States to exercise rights not explicitly outlined...so, yeah.
