What Made You Quit A Show?

I'm not talking you watched the first two episodes and threw it to the bushes. I mean a show you watched for several seasons and were a big fan of before quitting. What made you say "enough is enough" or "I can't do this anymore" during the show's run or after a season?

Masters of Sex

Aside from the nakidness, it was a really smart and well acted show. Lizzie Caplan was great, Michael Sheen was great and I loooved Betty the prostitute. And then in Season 3, they did a time jump of four years which is brave and really really stupid. It just wasn't the same show. Plus there other shows that were starting up, so I stopped.

Weeds

I lost track after they moved in Season 3 (and the network I was watching it on moved it from it's schedule) and I tried to catch up and it was hogwash. The show got worse once Silas and the other nikkas were gone.

Modern Family

It started being safe. Even when they took a step forward with Alex going to therapy, they dropped the story line. Bushes.

The Office

I ended up watching and finishing it in syndication but after Sabre came in with Jo and Gabe (love him on Silicon Valley HATED him on The Office) I just lost interest. And Andy became the worst.

The Boondocks: after i heard they McGruder and i saw the first 2 or 3 episodes...trash

Community: my favorite show at the time once Chevy Chase left i knew something was wrong but then Gambino left and it all went to shyt. I tried to watch the new season on whatever platform it was on but i made it maybe 3 episodes in before giving up altogether

Arrested Development: a few episodes into the Netflix season
