What items do you wash before using? Random thread

I'm not talking about food like lettuce. But let's say you go to the store and you buy some clothes. Do you wash them before you wear them. What about groceries like some did during covid.

Yh especially underwear wash prior to use, towels
Utensils
Also cans and bottles before drinking out of them if I can
