Genetics plays a large role in how well you develop in certain areas. What's your best area(s)?

I find that my shoulders, back, and traps are easily my best areas. They respond the most to workouts.

Definitely shoulders, I've always had pretty broad shoulders and defined traps. I also make the most gains on my shoulders when I return from an extended period of not going to the gym.

I'm pretty lanky so I don't have much size anywhere else :to:

My shoulders. They were broad from the jump anyway and I've spend probably most of my time working them. After that it's probably my back.

My least impressive body part (from a functional perspective) is my dikk. :yeshrug: But I don't use it much anyway, so :manny:

delts. chest, and lats. Not so much the size of my lats but the strength in them.

my arms..the part that's never been impressive is my legs although now due to a focus to core exercises and calisthenics since august there was been noticeable improvement to my lower body :obama:
I did 100 bulgarian split squats(with a calf raise at the end of each rep) per leg today. --------> :dead:

i hate doing the split squats..i do 50 per leg....its not comfortable for me but i got results so i fukk with them....i do them with no weight currently although im going to start in january since my core is developed enough i can do them without losing my balance lol
