ive heard people say don't draft Qbs right away is that true?

Also heard go heavy on rbs early the thing is how many elite backs who you can pencil in to be great every year are there? I see if u have the first few picks but after that is it worth it to draft one in the first round?

Even forgetting elite backs you can probably count on one hand the amount of just three down backs in the league. I'm in a 14 team league and if im drafting 13 or 14 I'm gambling on certain rbs being starters at that point

So with that the case is it really wise to go heavy early on with backs?

Depends on position. Early in first it's best to get a rb but this season only if it's a top two pick. Late in first, maybe wr-rb. I got the ninth pick in my main league this Saturday, still undecided on who I should get. As far as qb, best to wait a bit. No reason to reach for Brady or Rodgers earlier than you should.

Both Johnson and Bell are arguable. Johnson has a slight advantage since last year he played a full season and Bell only in 12 games. But I think bell got suspended or injured early. Bell put up 75 receptions in 12 games, Johnson had 80 in 16. So obviously bell would've been better in a full season. I think he still finished top 3 in scoring. It's a risk but Bell may be better. But it all depends on the rest of your draft.

Man bro.....that receiving threat with bell has me leaning with him .....especially with his team having the overall better offense, I'm leaning towards bell...I think I'm a shake it up and take a qb third round but my first five rounds gonna go like this...rb,wr,qb,wr,rb, def, then fill in the rest

It's a waste to take a qb in the first five rounds in my opinion. Last year Matt Ryan, Kirk cousins, tyrod Taylor, bortles and prescott all finished top ten in scoring. I'm sure none of them had an adp of third round or higher. We had a tsc league draft yesterday and I took cousins in the 8th. Plus I had pryor and reed so I'm a fan of the qb/wr combo. But qb is not worth drafting early in my opinion. Same with defense. My network was messing up so I got the Vikings early than expected on auto as well as a kicker, but defense is something you can stream or pick up later in season. Every year a different team seems to be the top defense.

Here's a sample of my draft from yesterday. Had second pick:

PERROS DEL MAL
Round Pick Player Position
1. (2) Le'Veon Bell RB
2. (19) Brandin Cooks WR
3. (22) Terrelle Pryor Sr. WR
4. (39) Alshon Jeffery WR
5. (42) Ty Montgomery RB
6. (59) Jordan Reed TE
7. (62) Larry Fitzgerald WR
8. (79) Kirk Cousins QB
9. (82) Terrance West RB
10. (99) Minnesota DEF
11. (102) Dan Bailey K
12. (119) Kenny Britt WR
13. (122) Duke Johnson Jr. RB
14. (139) Eric Ebron TE
15. (142) Tyrod Taylor QB

Yahoo gave me an A-. Don't usually play there so don't know much about their grading. Should've got a kicker last. Think I'm set at wr.

I took Aaron Rodgers in the 3rd or else i would have grabbed Terrelle Pryor but im sold on Jamison Crowder upstaging Pryor in the Redskins offense
