If we want a losers bracket too. Any commish advice? Is it better to have 4 divisions or 2 conferences?
What is the best way to setup a 12 team league?

12 teams for football. I like 3 divisions. A winner from each division gets to go to the playoffs and then you have a wild card team too. The 3 divisions lets you have your team play each of the other 3 teams in the division twice and then play everyone else once in 14 weeks. then 2 weeks of playoffs. I think this is one of the best ways to do it.
