I used to swear by 17s, but they got like 30 minutes of battery charge and they weighed like 8 lbs

Then I moved down to a 15... much better, but still a little too heavy and long on charge

I just got a 13.3...... 3.5lbs :ahh: and lasts like 8 hours on the battery :blessed: I don't think I could do a smaller screen but I would like to get something even lighter (LG Gram :lupe: )

It's fukked up cause I did a lot of travelling over the last ~3 years... could have really used the lighter laptop then. And I probably spent enough to buy a nice ultrabook :snoop: Now I'm homebound. IT's still convenient though

What are yall using and what do you think is the best???

I always swore by 17, but I recently got a 15 from the pawn shop and honestly didn't notice the difference until I looked up the specs.

13inch is that sweetspot nowadays for me.

11inch too small

15inch seems too big

not even going to touch dell's 17 inch anymore. that was catastrophic.

Not too many 14 inches to choose from anyways

part of me wants to go down from my 17" laptop. carrying this thing, plus my books, around campus is literally and figuratively weighing on me:mjcry:

gonna go either 15" or 13" for my next one.

My personal is 11" but my work is 15 and that seems like the perfect size

Right now I got a Dell XPS 13, perfect size for travel, super thin, small bezels. When I'm home I plug it into an ultra wide monitor for more desktop space. shyt is GOAT level right now.

Used to have a 15 inch Sony Vaio in college. Felt big and clunky.

Had a 10.1 inch Netbook years ago that was too small in retrospect.

I have had 2 11.1 inch Chromebook since 2013. I am thinking about getting a larger Chromebook but only if it is not heavier.

15 since it doubles as my home computer. 13 if it's mostly just used for travel. Got my daughter an Asus C302 for Christmas and it's the perfect size for browsing.
