What is Stoupe from Jedi Mind Tricks doing nowadays?

i was a fan of Jedi Mind Tricks. I used play playing Violent by Design and Rip the Jacker a lot.


what is Stoupe up to now?

After years as a trio and then a duo, Baldwin left Jedi Mind Tricks in 2011 and Violence Begets Violence would be the first album without Stoupe production. Vinnie Paz stated in a blog on the JMT website that Stoupe had lacked interest in the group and decided to focus on other things in his career, such as his side groups, and that Stoupe would not be producing any of the tracks on the new JMT album.[2] However, Stoupe returned to Jedi Mind Tricks in 2014 (Jus Allah left the group in the mean time). Stoupe and Paz are working on a new album which will come out in 2015.[3]

Stoupe's first solo album, 'Decalogue' was released in 2009 on Babygrande records. It featured a mixture of underground and popular rappers (for instance M.O.P.) performing over Stoupe's productions. In June 2010 A Bright Cold Day was released on Enemy Soil. The album was a collaborative project between Stoupe and long-time associate Liz Fullerton, who together recorded under the name Dutch. Fullerton had previously contributed vocals to Jedi Mind Tricks' songs Death Messiah and Razorblade Salvation. Stoupe resides in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.[4]

In November 2013, as one of the first acts on Stoupe's new production company, Bad Tape Music,[5] Red Martina released their debut Intransit with Stoupe as the producer on all thirteen tracks. Other band members are rapper Noesis (from Philadelphia Slick), multi-instrumentalist Ish Quintero, and vocalist Hayley Cass.[6]

In April 2014, Stoupe produced a track called "Isolation" for Grindhouse Gang's album "3 Assassins".
