He doesnt look 6'3 to me or even 6'2 but it could be the slight frame that makes him look smaller then is. Steve Nash didnt look 6'3 either and he probably wasnt but he wasnt 6'0 either like some cats tried to give him cause he was clearly taller then AI was if you ever saw them matched up.
