The rhyme king
Now, that I think about it, it's closer than I think.
Metaphors and wordplay are great and skilled traits, especially for a rap battle or freestyle, but many rappers used forced punchlines where the meaning of the bar is either heavy handed or doesn't make much sense.
But songs like this are very impressive even if there isn't a whole bunch of double entendres.
Wit/Wordplay/Entendre-heavy rap takes much more brainpower than multis...imo. I mean like good wordplay and punches type shh!t, lol, not "I'm hot like light" type stuff
Lol, salute. I love when this forum is talking about rapping and shh!t, I wish it happened more often. Taking it light champ, salute.i knew u would come in here lmao

and i agree writing metaphors and wordplay it makes more thought then multisyllabe rhyme patterns
True. When rappers can really pull off metaphors and wordplay, it's more impressive than rhymes schemes.Wit/Wordplay/Entendre-heavy rap takes much more brainpower than multis...imo. I mean like good wordplay and punches type shh!t, lol, not "I'm hot like light" type stuff
