i work 45 hours a week( two jobs) and go to school

Nope, second home, more of a getaway place. Electric heating is expensive, cheaper to buy and stack wood for the colder months and use the fireplaces. It's my parents spot, but I handle all of the work for the house and other matters. It'll end up mine in the future.
