You will be okay...Paying anybody for health and workout tips in the age of the internet, is WASTE of money...
These Gym owners know that the average person will not religiously workout for 3 months straight...If you can buy a gym membership and use it religiously for 3 months, then you are above average, if you use it for 6 then you are awesome, if you use it for a year, then you are "about that life"...
Most people don't make it to 3 months...Life gets in the way...
