It is just doing a circuit of exercises...

My routine is
(1) 10 deadlifts (medium weight)
(2) 10 Lunges for each leg (medium) weight
(3) 10 Squats (medium weight)
(4) 10 Bent over rows
(5) 10 Bicep curls Ez curl bar with 25 lbs on each side
(6) 10 Push ups
(7) 10 Tricep dips
(8) 10 Tricep extensions with EZ curl bar with 25 lbs on each side
(9) 10 Military presses or shoulder raises (depending on how tired I am)
(10) 10 Box jumps
(11) 10 Chin ups (I cheat if I have to)
(12) 5 minute stationary skip rope (fast or slow depending on how tired I am)

I try to do each set with no rest in between...

I only exercise for maximum 25 minutes with 5 minutes of rest...

Anything more is bullshytt...

i tried that shyt one time for free at the gym at my job...you gotta be ready...cuz if not i feel sorry for you

Yes, you can go to your local park for free...Use the Jungle Bars...And run around the field...

All you really need is an EZ curl bar for $35 to $40 brand new and two plates of weights you can lift...I have two 35lbs plates that cost me $70...

If you pay $10 X 12 Months that's $120...How many years are you going to be renting the equipment for...? Over the years, you will end up paying more...

All I have to do is buy weights as needed...

The only "real" money you should be spending towards your fitness, is for good nutrition...Your body is an under used weight...There are people who look muscular like hulk, but they don't have real strength in their muscles...

I also noticed, over the years, I was getting muscular, but rapidly losing my flexibility...It was hard for me to get into and maintain certain sexual positions, so I decided to change my approach to working out...

It's not cheaper down here by me.
If you want to pay somebody to tell you what you to do, of course, it WILL be expensive...

But I gave you a cross fit circuit, there are countless youtube videos about cross fit...The only thing most people lack is self-motivation...

You don't need to pay anybody, you don't need a fancy facility...Just wake up in the morning, and jog to a local park, so some body weight exercizes, and jog back home...

You will be okay...Paying anybody for health and workout tips in the age of the internet, is WASTE of money...

These Gym owners know that the average person will not religiously workout for 3 months straight...If you can buy a gym membership and use it religiously for 3 months, then you are above average, if you use it for 6 then you are awesome, if you use it for a year, then you are "about that life"...

Most people don't make it to 3 months...Life gets in the way...
