Well I think the proper question is what would America be like for blah people if the Congressional black caucus didn't exist? Sure things could be better for black folks but they certainly could be alot worse. Perhaps it was the black caucus influence preventing things from being worse

Some of our people really don’t understand the concept of things really could be and get a lot worse. It’s scary they’re adults like this.
