This is certainly a lot of accolades. Makes it more crazy that nothing really stands out as classic material. I haven't seen some of the newer shyt I have to admit.

I thought Office was as good as ever right before Carell left. He killed the show when he left.

Foxcatcher and The Way Way Back are enough justification, but like someone said, he saw the regression of the show and decided to get out of there. His name was already established, so why jeopardize it by trying to save that sinking ship.

Errr, I disagree. IMO, his last season on "The Office" (Season 7) was the season the show fell off. He made the decision to leave during Season 6, so the show was still a good show when he decided to leave.
