Is this what some deejays will do to get attention? Who knew that the professions of deejayin had gotten so theatrical. It’s one thing for deejays to be talentless, no skill-having, top 20 playing sell-outs. We don’t even expect deejays to break new music anymore. But this is kinda ridiculous, albeit pleasing to the eye nonetheless. There exists something in the deejay world known as a topless DJ. Whether they are strippers turned deejay or actress/model turned deejay, we are already familiar with the rapper turned deejay. So is this latest ploy to get attention just another gimmick displayed to take away more credibility from the art of turntablism?

DJ culture is a joke now.

I could talk so much about it from DJing for almost 15 years, but shieet...I don't even want to get into it now.

After checking out that article...I must say that if you can't enjoy this you must be gay. (not you of course in general threadstarter).

Even if it is a mockery and a debacle...titties son.

DJ's do whatever they can to make their sets "special" some use traditional tactics such as beat juggling, and scratching, some use special fx or try to mix 4 tracks at once, some use unique blends, others do gimmicks like nudity or wearing a mask of some sorts.
