As she is in the ring taunting towards the break

Then when they come back, they might have a video segment for like 3 mins so Bianca could have been just standing around for like 6 mins or more

Actually no they did this before the pandemic even started, I think 2019, because they originally didn’t want some of the matches to happen during the commercial break

Well they would actually stop the matches back then or make some stupid 2outof3 fall match to get around not having matches during commercials. They actually have matches continue during commercials now. He tweaked the format to what he is doing now. So yeah similar but not exactly the same.
