He's a hero to me. It's a shame that nobody gives a fukk that the guy is being tortured and held without trial. Then you juxtapose his situation with Daniel Ellsberg, who I think history ended up regarding as someone who heroically spoke truth to power.

I think, well, actions have consequences so his arrest wasn't completely unjustified

on the other hand whistleblowers deserve protection and the scale of what he uncovered in a time when governments obfuscate important details of what they're doing was worthwhile and just
