What do you use for damaged/dry hair?

My hair has been neglected, and damaged and is dry as heck. I'm going to try a treatment that a friend recommended, she did it and had amazing results. What do you guys use for dry, damaged hair? Especially frizz! How do I tame this? Thanks ladies! Miss and love you guys

i've actually made a leave in conditioner using honey, egg and mayonnaise and my hair was very soft and silky feeling. i wet my hair, put that in, rinse and then used another thick conditioner. the downside is the protein in eggs is too large to fit into the hair strands so its not an adequate protein treatment but IMO it worked for my hair.

i've also seen people used avocado, olive oil and honey has a hair mask

Go the the salon and get a deep conditioning treatment. I care for my hair myself but the salon DC are by far the best I have ever experienced. I heard steaming is great too.

Your hair is simply beautiful!!!

You can really tell the difference after you used the hair masque. The after picture looks really moisturized.
