Serial killers would have to pick easier targets.
I think it would be amazing for prostitutes. They wouldn't have to depend on abusive pimps. They could prosecute abusive customers. I think the sex trade would diminish. Forcing it underground endangers the women who work in the industry. Violent sick men can do anything to them now without repercussions. They could also make customers do STD testing before service. I think it would be great for them.
