Dude, Philly is the CAPITAL of the fukking line dance (with respect due to Chi-Town, but they step more than line dance, I think).

They have line dancing EVENTS in Love Park over the LUNCH PERIOD during the week....imagine 300 people all doing the "Cupid Shuffle" in unison at 1pm in the afternoon on a Wednesday.
